"The room lacked amenities like face clothes, skin soap, body cream a workable coffee machine, and then the train was awfully close and noisy tho it did stop during the night. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices."

"Fantastic experience. Staff was just amazing. Excellent breakfast buffet every morning. Ask for train ticket at counter, the hotel sells train tickets at lesser cost than at station. We rented an EV to get around, hotel has plenty of parking and a charging station that we used each day to recharge."

"It was not my go-to to reserve at an American chain hotel, but in the end I realized it was a good choice, and it turned out to be perfect for me. Clean, efficient, great staff, nice rooms and also a lovely patio to eat on (you can always count on smokers in Switzerland)--the breakfast is serviceable and comes with the room, the shuttle costs 10CHF ($14?) per person, which is a bit ridiculous for our standards but typical--an uber cost us less. I'd stay here again for an airport overnight."
