"The customer had to cancel the order since she got terribly sick. Expedia said they tried to contact the hotel, and according to Expedia the hotel didn’t respond. Expedia is also responsible for the trauma the customer encountered."
"Excellent location. Room was nice and comfortable.
One issue - the wash basin in the bath room did not drain well and there was blockage. As a result there was some smell coming off the bathroom.
Shower door did not close well - as a result there was water leakage"
"Stayed in family/ presidential suite. Two bedrooms with en suites. Plus a lounge in-between them. So loads of space. Views good, though you have to look over neighbours tin roofs. Pool on roof is lovely. The suite is below the pool, so some signs of damp on ceiling."
