"The staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet was very delicious. I personally loved the vegetable samosas served on Thursday morning. "Big spacious room however it was very dark and damp smelling which I think is the location in the forest. The property is a little bit out of town which means you are stuck at the hotel for your meals unless you get a tuk tuk to and from town. It was a beautiful property with a lovely breakfast but I found the staff in the reception not overly friendly or helpful and a little out of the way for the main attractions. "

"A beautiful resort situated on lake Dumbulla. Very peaceful and quiet with wildlife all around. The swimming pools were exceptional, clean and perfect temperature for the heat and humidity - we could stay in there all day! All the staff are super helpful, friendly and go above and beyond in anything that was asked. Being close to the Rock Fortress was great to be able to get there early before sunrise. Highly recommend staying here."
