We stayed at this property at the beginning and end of our trip to Japan for four nights total. We are a family of four with a small child and booked the modern room with two full sized beds and one twin. The room was very spacious for Japan and well designed with a lot of storage and also hanging out space . The vintage stereo system was a perk we wished we used more! The bath supplies smelled wonderful. I kept smelling my hands Staff is gracious and attentive and very kind. The buffet for breakfast was such a treat and honestly perfect for my family. The minestrone and the quiche just amazing. The staff go above and beyond to make the trip memorable. They even had a note telling us “welcome back” when we returned. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here every time i came to Tokyo. What a tremendous value.

Everything’s great but I left belongs in the room and the staff didn’t bother to notify me until I had called in over 12 hours later. It would’ve been nice to have gotten that information beforehand, as I was in the area and could’ve picked it up. Really missed the ball on that one on helping a traveler.
