"Upon arrival at 5pm we were told our room was not ready.and then we were given a room that was a category lower than we had paid for and we had to point it out to the staff after we had unpacked our suit cases ad were then switched to the room category we had paid for. No apologies. The shower door silicone gasket was broken. Otherwise great facility, staff is very friendly. "The hotel and rooms were very clean and the desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were extremely firm, which we didn’t care for, but other than that, the room was very comfortable."

"Everything was excellent, great view, lovely staff, great nearby restaurant. The no daily cleaning was a little confusing, I suppose they don’t enter your unit if you’re not in the room."

"The computer was not working on the desk staff make sign twice I got overcharged they got the info from courtyard my sister in-law tried to sign us there but we decided to go to four point when I got the bank statement the amount was different twice at what we where told I call the 800 number they transferme to 4 point desk and the manager never answer the phone I got ignored bad service this is how they do business they still your money I'm very disappointed"
