"Loved my stay at TOV! The unit was super clean, staff was friendly and available at all times, and the view/location of it was perfect. Only con is that someone took our assigned parking spot and when I called about it, nothing was done. Therefore, me and my boyfriend had to jump around from spot to spot just to have somewhere to park, which was super inconvenient."

"The room was clean but the window was in the direction of the entrance and no drapes. So I had to have the blinds down the entire time otherwise would be completely exposed. This means no view of the outside. "

"One slow elevator for half the hotel … valet service average on arrival , room service charges outrageous and price of food ridiculously expensive eg $5 for a slice of toast $8 for an orange juice before tray charge and 20% gratuity … ski room service also mediocre … would never go back "

"I absolutely enjoyed my stay at The Villas in Snowmass , the entire apartment was very clean , they had all appliances, silverware , pots and pans to use to cook . They clean the room after the 3rd day without even having to ask , if you run out of wood for the fireplace ,or you need more towels give them a call & they’ll bring you more . I will be recommending this villa to anyone that wants to stay in Snowmass , 10/10 ! No complaints ! "
