Without a doubt, this is the finest hotel I've stayed at during my extensive travels across Southeast Asia. Our experience far exceeded both our expectations. Malaysia is known for its 'Malaysian Hospitality,' and after living here for 18 months, I can confidently say The Danna embodies that ethos in every way. Every aspect of the hotel reflects quality - from the superb food to the best cocktails we’ve had in the region. But what truly sets The Danna apart is its outstanding staff. They are genuinely attentive, thoughtful, and go above and beyond to make each guest feel special. A heartfelt thank you to everyone at The Danna Langkawi. My wife and I are already looking forward to our next visit!"

"Its been a very bitter sweet experience We enjoyed our stay for 3 nights, however tonight our 4th night we wish we were not here & we can't wait to leave here tomorrow morning! Reception inform us tonight that we have a 100 ringet fee charge to pay as a bed sheet has a mark stain.....i view a photo of a small mark looks like blood maybe from a shaving cut or maybe from a nic whatever it is small but not intentional and we are embarrassed and upset that we are asked to pay for this fee. Its suggested my 18 year old granddaughter may have caused the stain! This is a most awkward situation over something that guests should not be dealing with! We did not ruin the linen, we didn't do anything to the linen like draw or write on it so its rude that guests should be asked to pay a fee. It ruined our last night stay here at the resort, we did not sit at the bar to enjoy a few drinks as we did every other night INSTEAD we went upto our room and discussed how upsetting it was and my 18 year old granddaughter didn't want to sleep on the bed incase she has a cut on her leg that could open laying on the sheets...she is very upset as its made us feel uncomfortable laying on the beds. How many guests are charged a fee for marks stains from having relations on the sheets? Periods? Children have runny nose or blood nose? The list goes on, what about towels is there a fee if the towel gets a bit of blood from cut leg shaving or period??? Save your guests from being humilated in future!"

"1) Given a smelly safety vest during travelling in boat. No point of dressing up nice and wearing perfumes as this smelly safety vest overpower your perfume. Its filthy to wven look at. 2) Not included hair dryer in our stay. 3) They prepared only one buggy for arrival to pick especially during midnight and others need to wait for dropoff instead of preparing 2 or more buggy to pickup as they knew everytime there will be large number people on arrival. 4) Cleanliness is not up to standard. 5) Boat departure and arrival timing are very limited especially for an island which comes with a lot of activities."

"Saya memilih hotel ini kerana terletak bersebelahan dengan Mahsuri International Exhibition Centre. Tidak menyangka yang hotel ini menyediakan bilik yang luas, fasiliti semua lengkap, ruang lobi sangat luas dan cantik hiasan. Kolam renang juga besar. Sarapan pagi juga sedap dan banyak pilihan makanan. InsyaAllah tahun depan akan datang ke sini lagi."
