"unfriendly receptionist during check in, the lady staff is ego when we asked for the breakfast coupon during check in. I have booked the hotel with breakfast, but she insist that the room is not come with breakfast. I showed her the hotel voucher, and she unpleasant reply with high pitch tone "Go eat since you eagerly want for the breakfast, and I let you eat." Overall, it is a nice stay hotel, clean and nice breakfast. And the customer service especially receptionist need to improved. "
