"Bilik bersih , my latest stay , staff upgrade percuma bilk saya ke bilik lebih besar, bersih dan selesa, cuma paya bunga hotel punya matress tak terlalu selesa macam hotel 4 and 5 star lain , die tidak lah buruk tapi biasa2 shj, tv , sofa semua biasa shj walaupn bilik premium, kakitangan sangat mesra dan cekap, breakfast bg saya terbaik sanngat sedap dan boleh tahan pilihan tak terlalu banyak tapi ok mencukupi, paling saya suka roti canai dan nasi dagang ."

"There is cockroach inside the room, even I ask the do cleaning for the 1st night and 2nd night. When I come back from work, there is another cockroach welcome me back. The sound proof room is totally a lie. The only sound I heard is the aircond compressor. The photo from website is many years ago, everywhere is dirty and worn. The rain shower is rusted also. The furniture is old and worn. The 24 hour gym is next building, it’s a public gym and limited aircond. It’s crowded when I go...

"gym n pool hv to upgrade"

"Triple room. 1Q+1Super Single. Big. Clean. Poorly designed toilet & bathroom. Bathroom and toilet are in separate areas. Toilet has no sink. Wash basin/sink is in bathroom. Need to go out to the bathroom to wash hands. Bidet in room #204 is leaking and causes ‘a pool’ in the toilet. The Double bed is good but the super single isn’t comfortable. The ends are sloping down. Pillows are aplenty but a little hard. Lobby, corridor and coffee house are good. Location is perfect. Minutes walk to Pasar...

"Place of the hotel is quite strategy, however, the facility provided name was impressive, but quite a disappointment when u check it out. Viewing deck wasnt that stunning after all. Sound proof was bad, when i am in the room, the sound along the hallway was loud and even can hear noises from room nearby. Breakfast was simple and not impressive. "

"During check in , we were sent to 2 different rooms and both were not made up yet at 5 pm !!! "
