Lovely place, food was great, all staff were very hospitable, they even went extra mile to help wash my car at the parking space (thank you!). Overall had a great experience there.

It's great overall. Surprisingly, my mom and dad who age 50-60++ love this place too. We were all enjoyed and surely will be back again. Love the native dinner, worth for money. They've prepared a lot and we couldn't finish it. We've received a lot of surprise that arranged by them, surprise breakfast (I didn't know we'll have it.), surprise learning lesson for blowpipe and native's animal traps. Wow!!! Love it so much. Gee Tatt is a very good story teller and he's really informative. Our...

Dear Sleeping Box Hotel Team, I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the amazing experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel in Cameron Highlands. The accommodations were exceptionally clean and hygienic, which made my stay very comfortable. Additionally, the cold, windy atmosphere of Cameron Highlands was truly refreshing air lungs. I also appreciated the warm and friendly attitude of both the staff and fellow guests, which made the...

Very cosy. The host Troji is friendly and helpful in many ways too. Highly recommend for backpackers or someone who seek peace and quiet to stay here.

I booked a room for three people. It featured one king bed and one single bed with a balcony. Regarding the room, I would say that it suits the price point. I needed to add RM7 per person to upgrade my à la carte breakfast to a buffet. The hotel gym is good, and I liked it. The location and parking are easily accessible.

Excellent... Good environment.. Clean n spacious.many mart around walking distance n easy find parking.

Booked this for my husband's birthday. Stayed two nights and enjoyed the excellent service and environment here. The private dinner was set up by the fireplace, hubby was extremely delighted. They introduced to us their customary fire lighting session before our private dinner by the fireplace. They also have a pianist at their lounge every night. Their common areas are beautifully decorated, making us leave this place with a very heavy heart. Their breakfast is also very very good! Ala-carte...

New building, far from city hustle, more parking spaces

It is fantastic. The heritage cameroon highlands give me an outstanding service. The breakfast is serve with fusion of western/local food and it is so yummy. The indoor facility is well kept for use. And the best part is the scenery is beautiful even you are inside the hotel. Can't wait to comeback to heritage and most recommended hotel to stay at cameroon highlands.

My experience of staying at this hotel has been great!

Comfortable property for our visit to Cameron Highlands.

Overall about hotel is good. But i booked triple room in Expedia. Expedia charged me for extra person for deluxe room but i need to pay some more for extra bed, towel n pillow to hotel. So whats the point i paid for extra person in Expedia?????

The trip to Cameron was a success and pleasant experience mainly due to the Hotel we selected which is Hotel De'La Ferns situated strategically between Tanah rata and brinchang, it is near to attractions yet also not close to heavy traffic at night for peace and calm night rest and sleep. the Hotel staffs are helpful with room services to and the room condition is excellent, especially the nice and clean toilet for a good bath after a tiring day out. Best part of the trip was the nice view...

Excellent stay. I was upgraded to a family suite when my assigned room was used by a heavy smoker. The location, hotel facilities, staff all were great. I recommend this to all.
