"I had a good time in tanjung rhu report. Not only is peaceful, the ambience is simply just welcoming. Food is great, staff are friendly and room is so comfortable, big and clean! The money i paid for with my family is simple so worth it. I wish to thanks to their manager Hafiz Hashim and customer service lady Izzati not to forget the porter service young guy for being so attentive to my needs and helping me with my late check out and arranging my baggage and taxi to the airport.

"Fantastic stay. Staff have excellent customer service skills, we were greeted with a personalised check in, welcome drink, no queuing. All staff, without exception, from the start to the end of our stay, were friendly and helpful. "Wir haben den Aufenthalt im S'kar Pinang sehr genossen. Schon allein die Bauweise und die viele ausgestellten Kunstwerkesind sehenswert. Wir hatten ein wunderschönes, großes Zimmer mit vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten und sogar ein Extraraum mit riesigem Kleiderschrank - das haben wir bei unseren Reisen noch nicht sehr oft erlebt. Its suggested my 18 year old granddaughter may have caused the stain! This is a most awkward situation over something that guests should not be dealing with!
We did not ruin the linen, we didn't do anything to the linen like draw or write on it so its rude that guests should be asked to pay a fee.
It ruined our last night stay here at the resort, we did not sit at the bar to enjoy a few drinks as we did every other night INSTEAD we went upto our room and discussed how upsetting it was and my 18 year old granddaughter didn't want to sleep on the bed incase she has a cut on her leg that could open laying on the sheets...she is very upset as its made us feel uncomfortable laying on the beds.
