"Easy check-in process, staff very friendly. Location is amazing! Only a few minutes walk to the beach and main tourist area. Room was clean, air con works well to cool down and easily left on during the night. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Nice balcony area good for socialising with other guests. Special mention to Zaini who always had a friendly smile and assisted with booking a tour and making our stay just that more enjoyable with his helpfulness. The reception staff arranged an upgraded room after having problems with the door lock of our initial room. Housekeeping, ground staff and restaurant staff all do an excellent job. We also liked the hotel being set back off the business of the Main Street. A nice vibe around the beautiful pool and bar, we recommend the Mercure as a lovely place to stay. "
