The afternoon tea and drinks the food again is a let down. There are so many options around and in my opinion could be better!"

"The staff was amazing. Thank you to Razi for helping us extend when our flight was delayed. The room is definitely 4 stars. AC was weak. Took almost an hour to drop 4 degrees. Had to ask for towels and TP and the bed is quite firm. That said, it is close to shopping and the airport and the pool was nice and not crowded at all. Would stay again. And the price on site was actually less than Expedia! "

"After checking in, we headed to our room. The hallways are dark and have an ironing board and iron placed against one wall that the entire floor is expected to use. The hallways and room smelled like mothballs triggering the wife's allergies. She became short of breath. The office showed us a different room on another floor. Same issue. We forfeited the money and went around the corner to the Granite Hotel. 100 times better."
