"What a fantastic little hotel in Mirissa. The fresh fruit selection at breakfast was amazing. Waking up in a four-poster bed and stepping onto a balcony overlooking the beach and coconut trees was an absolute joy. The pool was lovely, and from the balcony you could even see Coconut Tree Hill. The location is perfect—within walking distance of Coconut Tree Hill, Mirissa Beach, as well as plenty of restaurants, shops, and spas. Tuk-tuks are easy to find if you want to explore further, but...

"This hotel should not be advertised in Expedia. The photos do not represent the reality of this property at all. This was the worst place we stayed during our trip to Sri Lanka. The rooms were dirty and in extremely poor condition and appeared to be badly neglected. The walls had peeling paint, there was mold in the bathrooms, and the cement bathtub in the so-called premium room was particularly unpleasant.
