"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent stay at Hotel Sapphire. The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained, with excellent amenities throughout. The bathroom was spotless and looked amazing, with a great shower and very clean facilities. As a traveler from Canada, I was particularly impressed by the level of cleanliness and overall quality. "First and foremost I would like to thank Lucy and her team for an excellent stay! We faced some challenges, however Lucy went out of her way to ensure all was up to par and truly made it seamless! The resort was absolutely stunning! The staff made it feel like home and Lucu was the cherry on top! Due to her, our trip was incredible and I cannot thank her and the team enough! "The staff was amazing throughout our stay. The buffet had plenty of choices and the staff at the restaurant was very attentive to our needs. The pools are well maintained although the closing time for the pools seems to be a bit early, I believe they close the pools at 6 pm. This would be the only soft complain about our stay. We have been there in the past and they seem to keep up the good work and customer service."

"Amazing view of the ocean and beach from the room. Staff was very healthful even when the AC unit had to be replaced, which was somewhat of an inconvenience. However, the atmosphere, beach views and access, the amazing food, and the helpful staff made up for any issues. I wish that they had a system to charge amenities and food to the room to pay all at the end of the stay, but overall loved my stay."

"We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and the location and customer service is absolutely excellent. They could not do enough for us to be honest wonderful staff smiling and. Always there to help. Please do not go by cosmetic photos or outlook the rooms are clean with amenities and towels changed everyday. I cannot fault the hotel and we will book again "
