Only stayed for a night, but this place had everything we needed. It is close to the ferry port to Lyngseidet. Host was friendly and spoke enough English to accommodate us with our non-existent Norwegian. Dinner was nice and reasonably-priced, and breakfast was plentiful. Only thing to be wary is that the restaurant was open only until 6pm, but this may have been due to it being low season.

They have to take a decision You are open or you are closed! We choosed this place for the self laundry and the restaurant. At check in they informed su that if we want food we have to eat at the moment (17.30) and the self laundry was not available because “she wants to go home” The only food was the Coop supermarket.

Uskomattoman lÀmminhenkinen ja hyvin hoidettu majatalo. Yövyimme pÀÀrakennuksessa, jossa on viisi huonetta ja ruokailusali. Huoneessa oli ilmalÀmpöpumppu ja lattialÀmmitys. Henkilökohtainen aamiaistarjoilu oli monipuolinen ja niin runsas, ettÀ riitti evÀiksi pÀivÀn vapaalaskuretkille. Iltaruuan sai tilaamalla. Valinnanvaraa oli ja ruokaa oli runsaasti. EmÀntÀ oli hurmaavan ystÀvÀllinen!

A terrible snowstorm caught us on the drive up from Tromso. I had to call to get into the hotel, but that was simple and quick. We appeared to be the only people there that night. The room was what I expected - not five-star, but perfectly adequate for a one-night stay. The next morning, the proprietor was there with a really delicious, filling breakfast waiting for us. All in all, it was a great experience (except for the snowstorm)!

Kona og jeg overnattet her pÄ vei fra Lofoten til Alta. Rommet var rent og pent, god seng, passe stÞrrelse og badet var passe stort og med god, stor dusj. I og med at gjestehuset ligger tett ved E6, sÄ fryktet vi mye stÞy, men det var ubegrunnet. Rommet vÄrt (nr 1) lÄ vendt bort fra veien og det var liten eller ingen stÞy. Frokosten var god og velsmakende.
