"Our only negative was how long it took to check in. It seemed like the clerk had a whole lot of screens and questions that had to be filled out. They worked as quickly as possible but just had so much that had to be completed before we got our key."

"Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the hotel was spotless and beautiful with great views, and the breakfast buffet was beyond what many 5-star resorts offer. The only negative in our stay was the air conditioning was insufficient to keep the room cool on an unusually warm summer day."
