"Will not stay here again. The door woukd not close to the front bathroom, condi needs some renovating, no coffee or sugar in the place and communication was-not good either. Lights and plugs not working. TV in main bedroom did not work either. Too much $$ overall for our 2 night stay in my humble opinion."

"We arrived 2 hours after the scheduled checkin. There were people living at the property when we arrived. They told us to leave. After they finally left, we were able to access the space, it was dirty. Dishes in the sink, refridgerator in the hallway, etc... most of the pool passes were missing, and no internet. The original inhabitants came back later that night requesting to enter and retrieve their property. The internet was restored the next morning but then the lights began to short out....

"Great hotel in a great location to use as a base to tour throughout the panhandle of Florida. Clean hotel with friendly staff and having a full size fridge in the room was very convenient."

"Not sure if room was ENTIRELY cleaned.. my fiancée found earrings, food chunks under the counters in the kitchen the floor of the kitchen was sticky and we had a used soap bar. Breakfast was OKAY eggs seemed processed , similar to McDonald’s scrambled egg, but we did enjoy different options each morning of our 4night stay. Laundry machines were $3 a use, usually Mariott offers detergent to purchase, lucky for us there was a CVS in walking distance. Aside from minor issues staff was very helpful...

"I can't rave enough about this hotel. Everything was exceptional, from the delicious breakfast we enjoyed everyday to the awesome, helpful and friendly staff, I would give it all a 10 out of 10! We were traveling with our 3 children 2 of which are 8 and under and there was a couple events that really could have made for an extremely bad stay. But the kindness shown to us by the staff simply blew us away! The first night we were there one of our kids got sick in bed in the middle of the night....

"The property was in a great location, newer hotel and staff was friendly. Cleaning could be better as there was hair throughout the bathroom and on the bed when we checked into our room. Also when we asked a housekeeper for towels we were initially told we had to wait for our specific housekeeper to clean our room. When asked why, she did eventually provide 2 of the 4 towels requested."
