"Do not book this property. It's an absolute dump. The floor is taped together with duct tape. It's a 2 story building and one staircase is blocked. I am pretty sure this is totally illegal!!!! The entire room needs an upgrade badly. Considering the Sandman Signature in Kamloops is one of the more expensive places to stay, I expected much better."

"The lady at the front desk is extremely smug and snobby. We chose this hotel for the hot tub because I suffer from chronic pain and needed a soak after a long drive. The pool was filled with nearly 40 teenagers screaming, hitting each other, throwing flip-flops around, cracking the towels on the water which ruptured my eardrum. No chaperone to be found. Front desk shrugged off my complaint. The next day I was on the hours-long hike that we had travelled to Kamloops for hours into the desert,...

"Clean, quiet stay here regularly"

"Very clean comfortable beds. Excellent front end staff and amazing housekeeping. They changed our towel and made our beds. Very few hotels do that these day. The hide a bed however was a little less desirable. You will have to ask for more bedding to sleep on top due to a very spring felt bed. However that’s the only drawback Very quiet and relaxing hotel"
