"Hotel and staff were fine, but if you’re a light sleeper at all make sure to not stay on the city view side for the hotel as there is an extremely high amount of train traffic passing through 100 feet from the hotel. Maybe up to 10-20 times per night during my stay."

"Not being a regular traveler i found that was very easy to get to. Once there and settled in there is a KFC and a Whitespot restaurant within a very short walk away. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and there was plenty of parking. It was easy enough to navigate back to main highways to continue with our travels."

"The staff did not offer underground parking or provide any information on amenities. The bathroom in our room was dirty as well. "

"The people who worked there were friendly. The restaurants close are ok. The common areas seemed a little dirty. Hotel is locked between 11pm-5am but was locked after 5am requiring a room card to enter. I’m assuming due to the area. The showers have poor water pressure. Room was clean but dated."

"It is a historic hotel with lots of character. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. It is always a pleasure to stay here."

"Stayed in regular room instead of kitchenette. Room was clean, dated a bit, desk clerk was polite. Window over door let too much light in for sleeping. Brought an extra blanket and used as a bit cool at night, hot showers"
