"Very nice hotel in the heart of downtown. Great location and very walkable. Nice amenities at the hotel, staff are extremely helpful and friendly."

"Negatives: Not a clean room. Wasn’t vacuumed and the walls hadn’t been wiped clean. Bathroom tile floor could have used a good scrub too. Dead spider was on one bed upon arrival. Breakfast room could have been cleaner too. Hot tub not filled with water. Positives: river view was nice, beds were comfy, breakfast was okay."

"Way over priced for the condition of the hotel. Bit of a lipstick on a pig situation. Trying to be hip but missing the mark. The room was clean and the staff was very nice but we won’t be staying here again."

"My room was damaged and dirty. There was hair on the bathroom floor and in the bathtub. The curtains were damaged, and one was completely absent. There were stains on the walls and doors. The entire room needs an upgrade badly. Considering the Sandman Signature in Kamloops is one of the more expensive places to stay, I expected much better."

"Very clean comfortable beds. Excellent front end staff and amazing housekeeping. They changed our towel and made our beds. Very few hotels do that these day. The hide a bed however was a little less desirable. You will have to ask for more bedding to sleep on top due to a very spring felt bed. However that’s the only drawback Very quiet and relaxing hotel"

"The lady at the front desk is extremely smug and snobby. We chose this hotel for the hot tub because I suffer from chronic pain and needed a soak after a long drive. The pool was filled with nearly 40 teenagers screaming, hitting each other, throwing flip-flops around, cracking the towels on the water which ruptured my eardrum. No chaperone to be found. Front desk shrugged off my complaint. The next day I was on the hours-long hike that we had travelled to Kamloops for hours into the desert,...

"Had a great stay at this motel! The room was very clean, comfortable, and the air conditioner worked perfectly. A special thank you to the night manager at the front desk, who provided exceptional service. We accidentally locked ourselves out of our room in the middle of the night, and he kindly woke up, made us a duplicate key, and helped us with a smile on his face. His professionalism and willingness to help made our stay even better. Highly recommend this place!"

"Do not book this property. It's an absolute dump. The floor is taped together with duct tape. It's a 2 story building and one staircase is blocked. I am pretty sure this is totally illegal!!!! This place gives a vibe, like body found in the dumpster. Also way over priced. Payed 160 for this dump."
