"The lady at the front desk is extremely smug and snobby. We chose this hotel for the hot tub because I suffer from chronic pain and needed a soak after a long drive. The pool was filled with nearly 40 teenagers screaming, hitting each other, throwing flip-flops around, cracking the towels on the water which ruptured my eardrum. No chaperone to be found. A special thank you to the night manager at the front desk, who provided exceptional service. We accidentally locked ourselves out of our room in the middle of the night, and he kindly woke up, made us a duplicate key, and helped us with a smile on his face.
