"Springhill Suites is my fave place to stay when away fr hm. My disappointment had to do with check-in & housekeeping. We checked in just a few mins past check-in time & l enthusiastically asked for the top fl with an ocean view. Staff happily said she put me on the 3rd fl. Later after unpacking & lving for dinn, l realized they had four floors. I asked staff about being placed on the 3rd fl & not the 4th fl & her timid response was, “I don’t think the top floor had any rooms.” It was too late to...

"This place is amazing, and our only regret was we weren't able to stay longer! It is right on the beach, with amazing views. The hotel really allows you to take advantage of the location, whether it's watching the sun set, falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean, or enjoying the comfortable chairs and fire pits right on the beach. The restaurant was great. We enjoyed wonderful service. The entire experience was a perfect start to what was our honeymoon. We'll be back!"
