"Breakfast was very decent. Parking was perfect the only issue that was terrible was the house keeping. Could have done a better job myself. The blankets were just pulled up pillows left exactly as we left them the trash bag in the restroom and living area were just thrown in there hanging over with no knot. It was a male Hispanic ( we are Hispanic too) no care or effort made at all and it showed. Terrible representation of the hotel!!!!!!! So disrespectful "

"We really enjoyed our stay. Lovely spot in San Juan Bautista! Amazing huge tub and two shower heads!! Only bummer was the jacuzz jets weren’t working :( but still had a lovely shower and hot bath! "

"Katastrophal !!! Einchecken mit einem einzigen Wort: „room 203“ von dem einzigen überforderten Mitarbeiter (Abends wie morgens) - kein Wort mehr. Vollkommen abgerocktes Mobiliar. Das Internet funktioniert nicht Extrem laut - direkt am Highway - natürlich auch in der Nacht … und zu guter Letzt der Frühstücksraum: ohne Fenster und es gab 3 Scheiben Toast und zwei Joghurts für das gesamte Motel - kein Scherz Den Ort wünsche ich wirklich Niemanden "

"Breakfast have limited options to eat. Room is small, tight spaces, not much room to walk around or sit. Pool was not available. Limited staffing, had to wait for service when the staff on shift was out for lunch. Not recommend for people with disabilities, no elevator to get upstairs. No ice machine. Decent size fridge in room to hold food and drinks"

"Don’t stay here staff is rude not helpful at all. If you’re gonna go someplace in Hollister, go to RIDGEMARK or the Fairfield or the Holiday Inn."

"The entire place was unkempt, possibly under construction. No need for a ALARM SET at 5am heavy equipment operations in the back area will wake you up. I stayed for three days, no coffee maker that’s bad. Good size parking lot, just too far from town to get foodstuffs I’m glad I tried this place now I don’t ever want to return. Life lesson learned. Good luck to you."

"Only thing "wrong" was the shampoo dispenser was broken and couldn't use."

"the parking lot had loud people in it smoking pot you had to pay a quarter to get ice the refrigerator didn't have a ice compartment there were no lamps in the room near the bed the shower had a crack in the floor that you could easily hurt yourself by stepping on it was rated at 7.8 and honestly it was about a four I would rate it a four I would never go back the TV we had to have the man that worked in the office come just to get local stations that's all that was available but we couldn't...

"The room was clean enough and the staff was great, however, the room had a strong, very overpowering smell of mildew. The staff was nice enough to comp breakfast due to this. There was a VERY loud party going on all night near the property (obviously the hotel had no power over this) that did not end until almost 2 am so I barely got any sleep. "
