The room had no hot water and the Jacuzzi tub wasn't like the picture, which was why I even booked it in the first place. Floors were dirty and there was only a small plug in space heater to warm the room. Go elsewhere. Not worth the money.

a very "basic" old school Motel. TV and the remote had issues (TV not set correctly, staff member reset it, staff acknowledged remote batteries were low and promised to replace but didn't. No TV from 9 pm to leaving the next morning). Shower soap and shampoo dispensers were empty. No complimentary coffee, in the room or the office But the price was low (in today's world), and the bed was good, shower was hot, towels and room were clean except for some weird cabinet that was being repaired. If you want a no-frills low budget stay, it's this place.

The floors were very dirty and on our last day while packing we found 2 half dead roaches on the ground. Also the deposit refund took several days to go back to my account. We will not be staying here again.

Would not visit again. My booking through Expedia stated animals were allowed, no fees. I get to the hotel and we are charged an additional $150 for our stay. Even on Cinderella's own site is states animals welcomed; nowhere on the site states a fee. The manager says it's in the fine print. Fine print meaning not mentioned anywhere. They have no control; yet someone reviews the information before it's submitted to the public. Next issue was there was an overwhelming smell of ammonia. Overall the room looked clean and the sheets as well. There was a couple other issues; for being renovated, they must have had a mishap with the setting the door as it had a good size gap between the door and doorjamb where you could see the parking lot. At least it locked. Then there was the air-condition; the wall had been cutout and A/C was inserted and plywood filled the gaps; no paint, just plain plywood. It did work, sort of. The gazebo area was not accessible; chained off. Pool was not open, yet it says heated seasonal. Hollister if you haven't been is warm, starting in late March to mid-October; so why it wasn't open this Mother's Day weekend as it was a warm one! Walking the dogs was not accessible so they had to walk down the street to find some rocks for the dogs to use. Sad. We left a day early. End result I cannot recommend this motel at all due to all the issues and misrepresentation of fees. I'm in contact with Expedia for partial refund for stay and the Dog fees.

The walls are so thin we heard everything from both rooms. There is also a super bright light outside without blackout curtains All of this made it very difficult to sleep. Keep your shoes on as the floors are very dirty.

We were in the Family Room and had issues with the electrical and plumbing. No hot water in the sink, actually the sink faucet came off in my hand. We moved to another room and had more problems. The bathroom door didn’t close. The bathroom sink had no hot water and had a leak. We put the ice bucket under it. The room was dirty. Caulking in the bathrooms was so messy. Just needs some things done.
