"Counter staff is friendly. Hotel is old , room is ok. Cleaning need to be improved. Hair and cold water is outside of the room. Air con is new, very cold. Over all is ok for me."

"The standard of cleanliness has dropped since our last visit.
The bathroom we were given had a broken shower head, a broken bidet spray so water splashed everywhere.
The toilet wall tiles grooves were not cleaned & the hairdryer wire was covered in dirt like it had not been cleaned in ages.
Receptionist insisted on collected another RM10 per night Tourism Tax!, although our booking confirmation clearly states ALL taxes included.
We did not have this issue at other hotels & did not have to pay extra!"
