"Terrible customer service"

"Only one elevator worked the entire trip. No staff member really cared that there was a line to use the elevator at any given time over 45 minutes long. Hotel is in need of repairs and updates. Rooms were okay but had many water stains on ceiling. Empty bottle and trash found behind couch. Valet was super nice and helpful. Called the hotel front desk 5 times on day of arrival to confirm my vehicle would fit in the parking deck. No answer. Parking deck will not fit vehicles over 6'6". Will need to valet which is $50 per day. Overall, not a great experience and would not book again."

"Should be missing Tile at the swing pool which would cause an accident as you get out of the pool . The Sun lounger should be a much better state, a few of them were broken or wear out . The situation with the elevator going to the rooftop should be fix maybe by prioritizing the customer staying at the hotel over the visitor going to this roof top. There is a lot of bad review about but you still haven’t done thing . Incredible this type of hotel isn’t proof sound . People walking a bit loudly can allow us to sleep . Same situation when people are showering or going to the toilet it’s felt like was in top of us. People are horrible besides feel like a hotdog aren’t to confortable . Could’ve change . One last thing however design the closest position blocking the A/C wao really no expected. Personnel at of the hotel really cordial, helpful, and nice . "

"Good location but there was hair in the bathroom floor when we arrived, toilet kept needing maintenance ever time it was flushed, and tv was not working properly. Was offered a credit but left the next day"

"Reasonable cost. Great location in midtown near Piedmont Park. Very, very good service. The carpet in our room was pulled up at the edge where it meets the tile and I stepped on the carpet tacks a few times with bare feet. Ouch! There is no microwave and that was an unpleasant surprise. The valet parking is very expensive ($75 per night with tax). The valet staff were excellent, however, and get your vehicle quickly and with courtesy. Would probably stay there again. "

"There was free wifi, the tv had netflix so we didn't need to use our own electronics to project anything. The room was spacious, housekeeping came every day which was amazing. Breakfast kept rolling out so don't fear of it running out. The location has a waffle house nearby. I enjoyed my stay. If you would like to have a late check out you may have to pay a fee. I believe I paid $75."
