"The room was great. Perfect size with 2 beds and a couch. TV is a little small for the room but ok overall. Some minor issues with our room, bathroom sink was leaky, no a huge deal but be aware. Part of the ceiling in the bathroom was falling down. Looked like it had a patch repair done but never fully fixed. Great experience overall. Loved how the hotel was tucked away a little from the main road. Upon arrival there were three deer outside to greet us. Definitely will stay again next time...

"On our trip from TX to PA we stayed at 5 different hotels. The Residence Inn at King of Prussia was the best by far. The room is well appointed, immaculate, comfortable, quiet, and has everything in the kitchen that one would need. There are outside grills for cooking; a clean and adequate size pool; and lovely outside seating. I am a very “picky” mom re: hotels for my family. I highly recommend this facility. "The hotel was really nice. The pool and gym is open late but front desk needs to watch for kids that use the pool. During my stay there were unsupervised kids running and playing in the pool area, I notified front desk but the lady only smile and didn’t do anything "

"We were in the Malvern area for a family event. Because one of our gatherings was to be dinner at the Inne, we found it convenient to stay at the General Warren Inne. Not that I anticipated poor accommodations, but I was pleasantly surprised by the cozy suite and the kind, courteous staff. Also, the dinner Saturday evening was very good. Again, staff who worked the private room was great. I want to specifically complement a young lady named Andrea. "

"Out stay here was nothing short of fantastic. I must say the breakfast was really good they just need more help with larger crowds. Otherwise no complaints! Our room was very clean and had plenty of amenities available. Pool is small but it’s there, thin walls but it isn’t the worst. I would stay here again! Customer service also is very good"
