"Staff was great. Pool area poor. Landscaping poor. Room has an odor. "

"Bedding was dirty had to buy laundry detergent to clean blanket. Some of the flooring felt like I was going to fall through. Especially outside by table and chairs. Water and ice dispenser did not work. Showers are super small then expected. Showers by the pool is the best showers because of size. I would recommend a walk through before signing anything "

"No maid service… we were there 3 days. The room was ok for the price. One elevator was out of service so it was the stairs or the back entrance. A long drive to the French Quarter but we managed. All in all it was an ok stay"

"The room was clean enough but didnt get serviced during our stay unless we asked. The entire hotel smelled like a marijuana dispensary. We thought they said there was a breakfast included but we didnt see anything but cold cereal. There was never any coffee, even at 7am. The hotel staff seemed uninterested in helping us. There are better places to stay for the same money. I would never suggest anyone stay at this hotel.unless you absolutely had no other choice. "
