"I knew we were in trouble when I saw the carpet in the hallway. In the room the floor was sticky. Every step in the room we could hear our shoes peeling off of the floor. The shower was dirty. "They canceled our room before we could ever check in. No notification no nothing. We were three hours from home and everywhere around there was booked. A refund is supposed to be in process. The guy at the front desk was a smart ass and condescending about the whole thing."
