"We had an incredible time at this ultra lovely hotel !! The staff were incredible !! Such lovely people who give you a very warm welcome !! The food was extremely nice all served around the lovely scenery of clacton beach !! The room was bright and airy but lacked a little table in front of the settee to put your tea / coffee on !! "This B&B provides everything you could wish for. Comfortable en-suite rooms and an excellent breakfast. Everything is provided in the rooms despite Expedia stating that in some of the rooms bed linen and towels are not provided. - this is clearly NOT true, as everything we could hope for was there. The owners clearly work hard at providing a very high standard B&B, and succeed. A lovely stay."

"The place was lovely and went beyond expectations! The staff were all polite and friendly and went out of their way to bring a room service call(i believe his name was Alfie) nothing was too much for him and he was super polite and efficient for all the time we wrre there."

"We loved it here, had a a good couple of nights with friends. Beautiful apartment, amazing mattresses and pillows, very quiet environment. The pool wasn’t open and some work was happening but you can tell it’s going to look amazing once they put it all together and summer prep work is expected at this time of year. Kara was fab and we met a super helpful housekeeper who is doing a degree who was a literal walking tourist information centre. Great atmosphere all round ."

"Two adults stayed. Used both bedrooms. Very hot but able to open windows. Enjoyed the upstairs outside deck when we were there. Useful having washing machine. Plenty of street parking, but tight spaces & don’t rely on parking directly outside. Bathroom tiny but fit for purpose. Easy walk to beach front. Thank you "
