"Good: Excellent vacation spot, literally right on the ocean. The hotel provides and sets up everything you need for a day on their private beach - chairs, umbrellas, towels, tables etc. Food and drink service is available on the beach as well. Beach staff was very friendly and responsive, and didn't expect tips (for non-food services). Hotel is cashless - everything is charged to your room. "My nineteen year old daughter and her friend had the best time!! The kitchen was such a bonus. They loved being able to prepare some of their meals in the room over nearly a weeklong stay. They also loved the pool!! Great stay. Thank you!!"

"i need a bigger room so I got the terrace ocean view with two bedroom 2 bathrooms. i already knew that the room was outdated which was completely fine. I was definitely mislead because no where in the pictures did it say my room was 2 levels otherwise i would have never booked it with 2 kids under 2, huge hazard, my room had 4 levels of stairs to separate the two bedrooms. The unit had no ac throughout only ac in the 2 bedrooms; we were hot throughout the stay. There was no trashcan upstairs so...

The location is prime for walking and enjoying quiet evenings. And the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. "I'm very disappointed that when we booked the price on the website clearly said "total with taxes and fees" however, when we arrived we had to pay an extra $75 for parking and $65 resort fee plus tax.
