"The hotel is stunning and perfect for families as so much care and attention to safety. We were a couple and found it a fantastic place to stay Breakfast was amazing so much choice even though it basically catered to the Asian clientele there was still plenty of choice. Rooms staff pool games gym so much to do. Would give it all 100%"

"This hotel is very clean and the staff are really friendly and helpful. They also have the airport shuttle which is very convenient! They also have kids play room, so my daughters don’t feel bored when they stay in the hotel. They also have the outdoor pool, but the water is cold. All in all, this hotel is great!"

"We travelled with 2 coeliacs (gluten allergy) and options were very limited for them at all restaurants / cafe. The resort was otherwise as pictured, and offered everything it said it would. The shower was older in style, but good temp and pressure. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. "

"Yes definitely convenient to take A38 bus to airport. The concierge is very helpful to explain to me how to get to the airport. The receptionist, Christine Chou is very pleasant and welcome me at the front desk. Surely, I will come again in the future. "

"Everyone was very nice! The room was clean but tiny. Luckily I was only one person, because it would have been a struggle for 2 in that space. I should have noted the room size when I booked. Also its a 10+ minute walk from where the taxi drops you, so too much luggage would be tough. Also as noted there is no elevator so you need to lug your stuff up the stairs. No one offered to help."

"This is definitely not an eight star is listed on Expedia. The towels are as thin as your shirt. The bed is as hard as a rock. The sheets are torn and have spots on them. The couch is small and hard. The floor is cracking and peeling, and there are no outlets for foreigners. It’s 2026 and they still don’t have USB plugs. They make you buy one in the machine downstairs. somebody must be using AI to bump up the rating on this hotel because it’s definitely not an eight."
