"By far the best hotel Myrtle Beach has to offer, which is kind of sad considering it's a major tourist destination with 100's of hotels. All-inclusive resort with amazing pools, tannings spots, spa, hot tubs, restaurants, and private beach access. The front desk and hotel staff were not particularly welcoming, friendly, or hospitable, but the hot attentive pool boy and experienced female bar tenders made up for it. Rooms are dated, but extremely comfortable. This is a true resort: you can fly...

"I didn't like being on 1s floor Someone from there called me Wednesday ask me what floor would I like. I said 5th floor up. They put me on 1st floor. Then in master bathroom I ran water into bathtub water it was orange rusted looking I took pictures show to manager. She said another guess had same problem with water. "

"The ice machine on my floor was not working, which was inconvenient, and the sink drain in my bathroom didn't function properly (held water). Other than that it was fine."

"Beautiful location. Pools and decks chairs all over. Loved the beach. Had dinner in the adjoining Hilton and the food was superb. Rooms were nice and very clean."

"This hotel was disgusting and completely unsanitary. We had to switch rooms twice because of dirt—used, stained towels and beds that clearly weren’t changed. Not a place for a baby at all. Staff was weird and unprofessional, and they only had one luggage cart, which is ridiculous. Worst experience ever. Do not stay here. I was so bothered that I did not enjoy my stay. It was very aggravating. I had to go to the local dollar store to buy cleaning things to clean my own room bleach it down."

"Great staff. Condo wasn’t that clean. Outdated, but sweet people, great service. Lots of hidden fees (parking, etc). Overall a great place, nice pool and beach. Great staff. "

"Absolutely loved our two bedroom. The ocean view was great with direct access from the end of the parking lot. I loved that you can set the air to different temps throughout the house per room. Everything is very quiet all the time. One negative thing I can say is the internet works poorly, I called to let them know it was messed up, they did send someone but by the time they got there it started working again. It was in and out our whole week there, also it would not connect to the tv. "

"The location was convenient. Very close to the beach and local restaurants, convenience stores, and gas stations. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was relatively clean. The floor had a sticky residue on it, but other than that, I can't complain for a one night stay. "
