"Air conditioning didn’t work properly temp said it was 65 but my hole

was sweeting the entire time. Had to run the fan just to circulate the air. No microwave which I’ve never seen before in a hotel. Had very noisy neighbors the second night(which staff did take care of) but then they just went outside and was yelling until about 9pm which was right under our window. "We love how comfortable the beds were but we were sad pool was closed the whole time. We also thought the rooms were warm and struggled to get the ac unit on. We would stay again if pool was open so we could swim. Plus we were disappointed not having complimentary breakfast. "
