I had a nice stay at Hyatt Place US Capitol. The location is convenient. The subway stop is less than 5 minutes away. There is a nice grocery store within easy walking distance as well as multiple restaurants, CVS, liquor store and a cool beer garden. The hotel is not brand new, but my room was very clean. The breakfast was generous, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The valet parking was expensive, but convenient and safe. I would stay again.

The staff was amazing! The on-site parking was misleading and I got stuck paying $65 for parking with their valet. They were having an issue with their hot water so my husband had to take a cold shower before his surgery (which is why we got a room to be close to the hospital) our room was clean but smelled like marijuana. If not for the staff I would’ve rated this lower but they were professional and friendly.

The room was nice and the staff was friendly. easy access to public transportation two blocks to metro. Breakfast needs help its on the level of seven-11 and wear a coat the area was freezing in December. Parking. $65.00 lol. Public lot P across street for 20.00. So this is the good and bad. Keep it real review.
