"We were three people staying in a king suite and the room was dilapidated. The bathroom had a crack in the ceiling above the bathtub that was leaking from the room above. Staff was not that helpful as they said there were no other rooms available nor were they willing to do more than 3,000 points to mollify us. "I had gotten two rooms one of the rooms. The toilet was flooded. Second room. The bathtub did not drain."

People were walking outside right past our window, there were tons of cars making noise with alarms going off, hotel doors were constantly being slammed shut throughout the entire night, and the ice machine right next to our room was very noisy too.
