"There were positives and negatives. This hotel could be better maintained. On the positive side, the breakfast was great, location is excellent, nice, clean gym, staff was friendly although housekeeping not as responsive as I would have liked. Specifically, I could have easily grabbed a towel from the gym on my way out but asked the front desk for one instead. They said they would send housekeeping up with one. I waited a long time then got one from the person on the floor cleaning the rooms....

"It looked like the room hadnt been cleaned. There were stains behind the toilet and in the shower. Hair was coming out of the drain and sink was grimy. Eveything else was pretty average otherwise, just felt unlclean, even in places like the elevator or hallway."

"Hallway to get to room was filled with garbage. Lobby was disorganized with tons of mattresses and dirty ACs stacked. Lobby desk was not inviting. "

"A “you get what you pay for” situation. The surrounding area is awesome. There’s a Wegmans! Plenty of dining options, playgrounds, and Diggerland/Sahara Sam’s. The hotel is ehhhh, definitely old and run down. Breakfast is coffee and maybe food. I went down at 8:50 and everything was gone. It’s just a place to flop. Beds are comfortable enough and the usual cable channels. It served its purpose "

"No, elevator wasn't working, so I couldn't even go and expect the bedroom."

"Complementary breakfast was offered when booked from 6am-11am, and only coffee was offered at premises. There was also a sign of breakfast from 6-11am and was not available. Booked a room for non smokers and was given a smoking room and was informed they did not have any nonsmoking rooms available. The room had peeling paint off the walls, hanging plaster from the ceiling and candy wrappers on the floor. There was no phone in the room. Only 2 set of towels for a party of 3 with double beds....

"This place is loaded with roaches I was up all night killing them and never got an exterminator like they said and the people that stay there, forget it about it this place is horrible "

"The smell of the lobby as I walked in was enough to turn me off. My first thought was I made a mistake in booking here, therefore making me skeptical of the room. I was so upset that it was the only place I could find at last minute as having a room. The customer service from the front desk personnel was off. Luckily enough the room was not bad I just slept for a few hours as I felt uncomfortable being there. This does not have the capacity of being a 4-5 star. "

"Upon arrival, the property looked disgusting. I regretfully decided to give it a chance. It is very run down. For check in I had to wait behind a bulletproof window so they can figure out the best and most accommodating room to give me.The parking lot was empty, but it made sense to her to give us a room on the 2nd floor, in the back of the building. It was pretty much as far away as you can get from check in. It was difficult to find the room as there were no signs to show what room number was...

"The place is falling apart. No amenities like tissues, baseboards dirty. Beds comfortable, no closet."

"Room looks like the picture displayed, but with ten years of wear and tear. Room reeked of cigarette smoke. Old school large and loud air conditioning with no remote you have to turn on and off manually. Heater that is constantly going. Tub looks permanently dirty, significant mold on caulk. Ironing board no iron. Microwave didn’t work. The tiny piece of carpet the room did have needed to be vacuumed. Towels were permanently stained. The only positive I can say is there were no bugs or rodents."

"Kitchen is a small two burners and a sink bring your own pots and utensils and papertowels they do not supply that stuff. But for a quick stay and cheap its fine."
