"Rooms are clean and cool. The lemon infused water was warm and not lemon infused. Add some ice. Need a cold beverage option of morning juices. Orange juice was in a pitcher and it was warm. The lobby and breakfast area was extremely hot and uncomfortable."

"I just needed a nice, clean and quiet room for the night at just the right price. While I was in town for a Graduation, and Reunion. This is exactly what I asked for. The hotel is under major renovations so it looks Crazy but the Staff made sure it wasn't. Thanks."

"You could hear everything from the rooms upstairs. Kids running all night kept us awake. Guests sitting outside smoking. Stench of smoke was awful. Then we had a random man knock on our door, strung out on drugs and then tried to block my car in. Glad we were leaving, and we are not going back there."

"My room key stopping working late at night. Three other guests had the same issue. The room was never made up the next day and I had to ask for towels AND retrieve them because there was no housekeeping staff on duty."
