"Very poorly maintained. Staff was not helpful at all. Should have English speaking or Atleast some staff who can understand English. Room was ordinary. They said about 24/7 shuttle service . It was only available from airport to hotel and just one time and need to inform 4 hours prior. Bathroom was also not maintained. It’s not about being lavish but Atleast things can be maintained."
