This was a BEAUTIFUL hotel. Service was impeccable. Breakfast was a delight. Really made my first umrah memorable. Would definitely be coming back to this hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. It is next to the Haram with lots of shopping, food outlets and good dinimg within. Taxis are always available and concierge has a group of helpful staff 👍. Will come again. It was a pleasure to stay there. Thanks

Check-in staff wasn’t welcoming and appeared very rude. Felt like he didn’t want to be there to begin with. Cleaning staff/ housekeeping were very good and friendly.
