"The room was clean, comfortable, and offered a nice view. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also really appreciated the late check-out, which was arranged without any issues.
The only downside was that we were expecting a swimming pool, as several online sources indicated that the hotel had one. Unfortunately, there was no pool available, which was a bit disappointing.
