"1, Room is clean 2. Staff - the maintenance guy very helpful to assist in air conditioning when we are unable to find the switch- too small & for poor sight , cannot see- is a problem. 3. We opt for breakfast 4. Parking - the signage of the lift lobby was not clear. We circled many times on Level 3 until the security guard passed by and he pointed to us the lift Lobby. Actually there should put a neon signage to show the lift lobby . Inside the Lift itself - the numbering are big but so dim and as I said so an impaired guests (OKU- cannot see clearly - there is a problem inside the lift to search for the floors. Outside the Lift Lobby it is also quite dim due to the colour of the floor carpet outside the lift itself."
