"Regret that I booked this place. I’ve stayed at other historic places in St. Pete and this was the worse. Dirty room, floors were filthy, bed was old, small, you sunk in middle and it and squeaky. Tv half hanging off wall when we walked in. No hot water no matter how long you let it run. Half used body washes. Shades weren’t big enough to cover the window, refrigerator door busted, bathroom fan was extremely loud. Bathroom door gets stuck. Noisy guests up and down halls all night. Not enough staff so there is nobody that can help you. No parking comes with room. The actual places looks nothing like the photos inside or out. We couldn’t wait to get outta there."

"This property is lovely right in the heart of St Pete. The evening wine and morning breakfast are a perfect bite. I have stayed here several times when visiting a friend and will again. "

"Wonderful little getaway. Location is great with free shuttle. Amenities are awesome as you can use the pool/gym right next door. Free parking. And the looper is close by for getting around downtown."

"The hotel room had a very damp odor. The smell woke me up at nights! I complained about it but was told it’s an old hotel and all the rooms smell the same. The water in the sink backed up on three separate days despite having engineering fix it twice. The first time they fixed it, they did not nail the board under the sink back into place and it fell on my 9 year old hand as she was retrieving a towel. Luckily she wasn’t hurt. Above the shower, looked like there is water leak that kept getting patched up and probably contributed to the smell of the room. When I pointed that out, the manager from house keeping just looked at me and nodded. Only once for the entire time we were there, house keeping accessed the room, removed the garbage and made up one of the two beds!!! The carpet had a huge permanent stain right under TV, you cannot avoid looking at it. Pros: the pool area was nice. The staff were friendly. Hotel was centrally located and walking distance to almost everything we wanted to do "

"Check in was easy and quick. Questions were answered knowledgeably. Our room was very nice. Breakfast was chaotic with only few places to sit and small selection of food. The hotel's location is great, near restaurants and close to the pier."

"No amenities to use! No pool, no gym, no complimentary lobby coffee. Cute fresh coffee shop in the lobby u til 2 tho. They cleaned our room ONCE in 5 nights…because we complained. Every time I saw the cleaning crew, I let them know that we’d be leaving in a few minutes and to come back, but they never did. Otherwise, great location"

"There is no self parking- only valet. That is a big no for me. The hotel is old, but very well maintained. It’s ok for a very short stay."
