"The hotel was very nice, clean and convenient to the nightlife of St. Petersburg. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have was the whining and howling dog that was apparently left unattended for hours and hours."

Room was cleaned 1x in 6 days- only because we complained and called down. 2x they knocked while we were about to head out and we said we needed cleaning and would be out in <10 minutes…but they never returned. I knew there were no amenities but I still find it shocking - no gym, no pool, no food options other than a coffee shop with a handful of items open in the morning (good coffee tho!) "
