"We took a spontaneous trip to Malham Cove for a night away. This lovely hotel is down a quiet country road 1/2 a mile from the cove and near to several other pubs and cafes. The property is very well maintained, and I absolutely loved all the small details that they obviously were meticulous about. Great spot!!"

"A really great find! Un peu de cuisine française en Angleterre! Service is excellent, food is so good 10 isn’t enough. They actually know what a ‘kir’ is and the steak comes with a béarnaise thats perfectly made and at the right temperature. The dauphinoise potato was unspeakably good. The rooms are excellent, you can tell that someone has sat and thought about all the little details. Honestly, if you are anywhere near Lancaster for any reason and can find any excuse, you should eat and stay...
