"I was not aware that because I did not get the oceanfront view that I would not have a balcony maybe mishap on my part, but I haven’t been to an Island. There was not a balcony. I understand the room without a view of the ocean, but a room without a balcony , I did not enjoy . I also did not enjoy being closed off from the beach after 9 PM ! Lastly, for my five day visit, I never saw the main pool treated. The water was very cloudy."

"The hotel itself was decent, and the location was convenient, but my experience with customer service left me disappointed. Check-in was listed as 3:00 p.m., yet I had to wait over an hour for my room, which cut into the limited time I had to enjoy the beach before it closed. What frustrated me most was the inconsistency. Although the hotel delayed my check-in, the next morning staff would not provide a beach pass even a little before the strict 8:00 a.m. time, despite the fact that I was leaving for the airport that morning. A little flexibility and courtesy would have gone a long way. Overall, the stay was okay, but the experience could have been much better with more consideration for guests’ time and better customer service."

"We recently stayed at Iberostar Selection Rose Hall Suites and overall had a good experience. The location was convenient, the room was clean and well maintained, and the pool area was also very clean and enjoyable throughout the stay. Staff were friendly and the resort itself was kept in good condition. The main downside for us was the food. There were decent options, but after a few days it felt pretty repetitive and we were hoping for a bit more variety. The beach was also smaller than expected. Going in, I had pictured a larger beachfront area, so that was a bit disappointing. Overall, it’s a good resort and we enjoyed our stay. That said, I’m not sure I would return specifically to this part of Jamaica as I think I’d try another area next time."

"Beautiful property. Wish the weekend dinner staff had better customer service and was more friendly. Some of them had staring problems or were rude and would ignore anyone requesting some assistance. Other staff members and security were so friendly after awhile the rude ones didn’t matter. Overall this was a nice getaway."
