"Family Room is spacious with 1 double & 1 single bed. Location is walking distance to CIQ, shopping malls and many eateries. No towels and only 1 set of shampoo & bath gel for 3 pax when we checked in. So we have to request for them."

"Everything was good . Shopping malls are nearby . Customer service are friendly. We supposed to check in at 3 and we came at 2.15 and we need to pay $10 RM (no receipt)for early check in. Plus deposit of $100RM(given receipt ). $100RM will be returned upon check out. "

"Coming back for the fifth time says a lot. Our regular haunt, which never fails to disappoint. Check in was seamless, and we were surprised to be allocated the highest floor of our stays so far. Upon check in, the room was clean and tidy. We were presented with complimentary amenities which was another pleasant surprise. Only gripe we had was some minor defects which did not affect the condition of our stay whatsoever. Looking forward to be back!"
