"I will never stay at this property again. Staff is rude and very unprofessional. From the check in to the valet this place is poorly ran. I highly do not recommend. My towel rack falling off the wall and the paint chipping off was just the start of the disaster that was my stay. I travel all the time and this place I would never again. Dogs barking at night on my floor the list goes on."

"I was very disappointed with my stay. The room had a strong mold/mildew odor that made it feel unhealthy and uncomfortable, and the smell became overwhelming overnight, causing physical discomfort. As someone who travels often and works in hospitality, I understand maintenance issues happen, but this room was far below acceptable standards. I believe the air quality and possible mold issue should be investigated, and I would appreciate consideration for compensation or a refund due to the negative experience."

"I don’t have enough words to describe how nice was our stay at this resort! From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out of this hotel, every interaction with all staff was so amazing. They are professional, friendly, and try to accommodate guests in every way! The room was amazing too! It was clean and no weird smells. We had a suite with two balconies with beach view. We also had a car and we had valet parking which was very simple and easy. The amenities here were great! Seats with umbrellas at the beach, swimming pool with a bar, restaurant on premises that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. We also enjoyed the fitness center with sauna. I was impressed with the experience i had here and already telling all my friends and family about this resort and will definitely come back."

"I booked and fully prepaid for a Tower Ocean View room well in advance. What I actually got was a second-floor “Parking Lot View” room with a spectacular panorama of parked cars. Apparently, the hotel decided that the room I had already paid for would be better enjoyed by someone else. Since I arrived late at night, I didn’t have the chance to argue at check-in. More importantly, nobody from the hotel bothered to explain what happened or even acknowledge the downgrade. The reservation was made through a third-party platform, and only later was I told that the hotel was sold out — which somehow justified giving away the room I had already prepaid for. Their “solution” was a complimentary snack package, presented as if I should be deeply grateful for the generosity. What makes this even more ridiculous is that the snack package was never explained as compensation. I had simply asked if there was a market open in the hotel because, unbelievably, there wasn’t even a basic vending machine available. So the “welcome snack” was framed as hospitality, not as an apology for selling my room to someone else. In summary: I paid for an ocean view and got upgraded to a parking lot view instead. If you choose to stay here, I strongly recommend NOT paying in advance — because apparently your reservation is only theoretical until someone else comes along."
