"Had a wonderful stay at Kutuma. Very small hotel, only 8 rooms. But they are beautiful. So amazingly well appointed. Large, functional kitchen, great bathroom including jacuzzi, lots of little touches. Also love the fact that they have individual shampoo and bath gel bottles rather than the gross yuck stuff. Service is great , we were even offered tea and coffee at check in. Location is excellent, next to the subway and Latin quarter. This is a great little gem. Will definitely return"

"The room was rather small with no comfortable chairs to sit in. The hotel was clean and modern. Checkin was quick. Parking was extra. The restaurant breakfast was quite nice, enjoyed it. However, no cream for the coffee, only milk...a faux pas in our books! Great location, close to Old Montreal. Overall we did enjoy our stay, it just wasn't a $350 night kinda room, was expecting more. "

"We were very happy with this hotel. It is in a great location, and our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The staff was excellent, especially Nicolas at the front desk. The continental breakfast was perfect for a quick start to your day. We will stay again."

"Our reservation was canceled without any notification, so we had to find another hotel upon arrival, which took us another 4 to 5 hour, front desc was helpful, however all situation was obsoletely unacceptable!! Big time Expedia and hotel communication failure."

"It was a very clean stay. It’s a self check in hotel which is a first. The main entrance looks like a restaurant which threw me off. No parking in hotel. Luckily there was a parking structure across the street."

"This is a great choice in Montreal. Located in a funky area with lots of good dining and shops, the suite I had was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. Two minor points were the excessive number of messages from the host, each of which required going to a website rather than just receiving the message, and not having hot water in the shower in the morning."

"Nice hotel in a great location. Easy walks to Old Montreal, waterfront, St Catherine's st, or downtown. Grocery store (IGA) and shopping mall with food court 5 min walk as are lots of restaurants. Room was large and VERY quiet. Beds were nice, slept well here. Breakfast was good. No hot eggs, sausage etc but the baked goods were of high quality ( croissants, bagels, bread) and the coffee was from a high end espresso machine. No complaints, we'd stay here again."

We kept checking back every hour or so and apparently they were still cleaning the room and then waiting for someone to come in and verify the job was done. By the time we got into our room right at 4 PM we noticed there was a base of a wine glass that was broken underneath the desk as well as a few shards of glass near it. Le Personel était très acceuilant et très attentif au bien-être du visiteur/client. Nous avons retrouvé une belle chambre avec un lit « King size », bien aménagé une grande et très belle salle de bain et le tout d’une ambiance pure et au goût exquis.
