"They advertised Hotel but it was not hotel. It was room rental.
1. They instructed lockbox key password was wrong I was more then 20 min standing out side of house even in the raining dark night.
2. Inside room was terrible sink has the long hair & towel was looks like somebody used before.
3.during all night cabonmonixide beeping. I couldn't sleep.
4. Couch was terrible stain every where I can not sit on.

"It was disgustingly dirty. Paper thin walls doors and one cheap IKEA clearance style bed. 1 towel was offered for a three night stay for two people. No toilet paper. We stood in the cold for twenty minutes waiting and calling for instructions to enter the property. When we finally received a stop calling me what do you want text message.

"I didn’t even stay there. First of all they didn’t even send any instructions in advance. Then they sent me to a different location. The room was in a three bedroom place which I wasn’t aware it’s a shared space. There was no heat (it was 40 degrees in NJ) no toiletries including toilet paper or towels or shampoo. I just left immediately and put a stop payment on my credit card charge. I’ve never had this experience before. "

"This propery says entire apartment. It is a room with a toilet (at best). Others are shared. I text the owner that there was no heat when I checked in, he text me 30 minutes before check out. I went to The Marriott and had a comfortable stay. The room is in need of repair. Blinds are see through, etc. Forget about this."
